Our unlikely beginningBorn over

a chicken parmi.
Club Marinara began in 1928 when twelve chicken parmigiana enthusiasts decided Sydney needed a club devoted to the perfect crumb.
What started as a weekly supper grew into a 50,000-member community. Three neighbouring gardens and several careful extensions have added 4.6 hectares to the original grounds.
